I know it's there in the earth somewhere, because in my dreams I see the world through the worm. I squirm and writhe, I quiver across the ground, taste the dirt it eats, taste the predators it consumes, until it devours and becomes the dragon. And as I predicted, the second part of the manuscript holds the ritual to exchange consciousness with another being. You wonder how these golems were ever created. Tephra's journals hinted that a civilization hidden underground, accessed through a network of obsidian tunnels, were the ones to make the constructs. Whoever these ancient people were, it seems transmigration was part of the creation process for golems.
