FEATURES

• Tussao the Beast-King, Fontella D’Tang and Machaon the Healer are available for one week only from the Mystery Pack!

• Doomglare and Batiatus' Elite Gladiators are summonable for one week only from the guild page!

• Crystal Dawn Chests have returned!

Legion

• Player is prompted to save before leaving the Legion page after making changes without saving.

Profile

• A tooltip has been added to the Attack, Defense, and Perception text to explain what the three numbers in those stats mean.

Engines of War Event Raid

• Summoned December 8th, 2014 and December 10th, 2014

BUG FIXES

PvP

• In Colosseum only ‘in game names’ will appear instead of the player's Facebook name.

Adventures

• The magic inventory menu appears just above the slot instead of in the middle of the screen.

Raids

• Text for raids with multiple parts (Hydra and Bogstench) displays properly.
• The clickable area for purchasing personal runes in advanced mode is now the entire text field.
• The menu for sending a raid link to chat is centered on the screen.
• Raids can no longer be engaged using tab+enter when engaging a raid.
• Trying to summon a raid without enough runes displays an error message.
• Completed raids in basic view show the player's damage done to the raid.
• Items received from hitting a raid display in purple to make it stand out in the log.
• Raids in chat from disbanded guilds cannot be joined.

Quest

• The difficulty dropdown menus is disabled when switching areas to avoid having the text in the menu sometimes display incorrectly.
• Animations in quest areas can be toggled on and off.

Citadel

• Items being created have a black background so they are easier to view
• A tooltip has been added to items that are in the process of being created

Misc

• Daily rewards will display when switching servers without requiring a refresh
• Burning bones and similar items that show in the buff display disappear when consumed from a raid attack.
• Consumable items in Expedition packs no longer highlight when none are owned.

KNOWN ISSUES

• When you receive an item in a raid (now as purple text) any procs that occur immediately after will also be purple

Web Patch Notes: November 26th, 2014

FEATURES

• The Festival of Drifting Dreams is now in town!
• There have been numerous tweaks and adjustments made to the Festival for its third summon, see below.
  • All players have had their various slot (MH, OH, Mount, etc) tokens replaced with Drifting Dreams Terracles Tokens. We have converted these Tokens using the following conversions:
  • 1 MH, OH, Helm, Chest, Gloves, Pants, Boots or Ring Token = 15 Drifting Dreams Terracles Tokens
  • 1 Mount Token = 20 Drifting Dreams Terracles Tokens
  • 1 Troop Token = 7 Drifting Dreams Terracles Tokens
  • All old recipes have been updated to reflect these new Tokens. The intent is to provide a more “universal” Token as opposed to dividing it amongst multiple, entirely separate Tokens.
  • In addition to this, new recipes have been added that use Drifting Dreams Kasan Tokens

• In honor of the Festivals return Daily Rewards were updated. Each chest gives 25 Festival Tickets in addition to their normal loot.

• The Training Dummy has had some of its rewards updated. Some old items are now craftable recipes.
  • Most levels of the Training Dummy now have a race associated with them.

• The Tournament has had its rewards updated.
• The Vortex has been updated with some new rewards.

• Introducing the all new Catapult game!
  • Purchase different numbers of shots using Festival Tickets.
  • Score points by landing your Catapult Boulder into various cauldrons (if you miss a Cauldron entirely you still earn points)
  • Adjust your Power and Angle based on the ever changing wind variance! Wind variance changes per Catapult session.
  • A Catapult “Session” is when you use your purchased shots of (5, 10, 20). So a new, randomized layout won’t appear until you run out of shots and then purchase a new set.
  • Each Catapult session has randomization factors.
  • The Totals category of the Catapult Leaderboard awards prizes as follows:

Top 50%: 10 Drifting Dreams Kasan Tokens Top 100 - 50: 15 Drifting Dreams Kasan Tokens Top 49 - 11: 25 Drifting Dreams Kasan Tokens Top 1 - 10: 50 Drifting Dreams Kasan Token, Coin Construct Familiar, Murgrux the Mangler Essence and 20 Planet Coins These rewards will be given out during maintenance on 12/5/14. Brackets are based on total, combined score within the 5, 10 and 20 shot categories. Some prizes may be earnable outside of the Totals Leaderboards category based on your Catapult session score. See prizes button from the Catapult entry screen for details!

• When you enter a Catapult game, you may left click the screen and then use your keyboard’s Arrow Keys to adjust the Power and Angle and Spacebar to fire if you’d like to save yourself some mouse-clicks!

• The contents of the Relic Pack have been updated!

• As we discussed in this thread here we are transitioning Vampiric Lockboxes out of the system.
• We have added the Vampiric Lockbox Key to the base Jeweler Book on a 3 week build time.
• All raids that previously gave Vampiric Lockboxes now give Stat Bags until 12/5/14.

• Introducing Level Up Boxes!
  • Starting at level 8, you will receive a special loot box for leveling up.
  • Each box contains loot specific to that level and will contain another level up box that can be opened at a predetermined level.
  • Players who were already level 8 or higher during the time of this update have had the level 8 box added to their inventory.

BUG FIXES

Raid & World Chat

• Clicking on raid links from chat no longer opens the raid page, but still joins the raid.
• Raid damage text in the log is never faded.

Misc

• Daily rewards will no longer occasionally show all of one rarity.
• Daily reward window no longer gets stuck when tab+entering on a chest a second time.
• The locked Vampiric Lockbox contents can now be seen in the purchase window.
• The Amulet of Grand Cognition is now correctly a unique item. More details can be found here.

FEATURES

• Difficulty unlocks for Burden's Rest and Faedark Valley adjusted to more closely match modern unlock methods utilized by more recent zones

• Daily Login rewards have been revamped!
  • Each day you login, you will be presented with 6 chests to choose from
  • Once you select a chest, you will receive your rewards and also view what other possible chest rarities you missed out on!
  • Each chest awards a Pitchfork Token which can be crafted into fabulous prizes. This includes Idols of the Devoted and Exalted Heroes Chest
  • Idols of the Devoted can no longer come from Daily Login rewards, but you may craft 7 Pitchfork Tokens into 1 Idol
  • Most old items were kept, but brand new items have also been added, including the Amulet of Grand Cognition, which has a chance to double your experience while raiding! (Does not stack with Quicken Mind)

• Kanehuar Yachu Quest Event extended one more week! Available until 11/21/14
  • Obsidian Lightning Chunk 3 drop rate increased

Web Patch Notes: November 7th, 2014

FEATURES

• Ghosts and Graves has concluded for 2014. All events related to it have been removed and all items sold in relation to it have been taken out of the Bazaar

• For one week only, catch a special 30% discount on the Enlistment Box!
  • Offer ends and Enlistment Box removed on 11/14/14

• The contents of the Mystery Pack have been updated!

• Zone 1 (Burden's Rest) has had it's health (number of clicks) reduced on Hard, Legendary and Nightmare difficulty
  • Energy costs, Experience and Gold payouts have been adjusted accordingly

• Automatic quest loading has been added to Zone 1 through Zone 5
  • In these zones, if you complete an Area it will now automatically load up the next Area in your client. This also works when completing a Zone to load the next Zone
  • This is only active in Zones 1 through 5
  • You can toggle this feature on and off through the settings menu. It defaults to the "On" state
  • Currently, this only applies to Normal difficulty but will be expanded in the future

• The Raid Page has been revamped!
  • A search function has been added
  • Current, known raids counter added (adjusts while searching and filtering accordingly)
  • Basic and Advanced mode added to raid page. Advanced mode features a different layout with fewer graphics
  • You can now have 3 favorite Magic slots instead of 1
  • Overall aesthetics updated to more closely match the rest of the game

• New quest event Kanehuar Yachu!
  • Kanehuar Yachu is a brand new Raid Essence that can be crafted by collecting 4 different Obsidian Lightning Chunks
  • This event will be available until 11/14/14
  • You can find different Obsidian Lightning Chunks from the following quest bosses on Nightmare:
    • Teremarthu
    • Ruzzik
    • Gigantomachy
    • Basilius Lizard (Miniboss)

• Jack's Grim Steed is once again available to be crafted! Available until 11/07/14
  • Caracalla Mask can drop from Hurkus the Eviscerator (Raid) on Nightmare difficulty
  • Frogman-Assassin Mask can drop from Jack (Raid) on Nightmare difficulty
  • Lyrpan Mask can drop from Vornstaag minibosses on Nightmare difficulty
  • Sluriasma Mask can drop from Peril of the Pumpkin Patch minibosses on Nightmare difficulty
  • Vhaliribdis Mask can drop from Tales from the Pumpkin Patch minibosses on Nightmare difficulty (in 2013 this was a Day 6 reward)
  • Z'ralk'thalat Mask can drop from Invasion battles

• In addition to being craftable again, Jack's Grim Steed can be upgraded to Jack's Nightmare Steed by acquiring Burning Hoof Prints. Available until 11/07/14
  • Brown Burning Hoof Print can drop from Jack (Raid) on Nightmare difficulty
  • Grey Burning Hoof Print can drop from Jack's Revenge (Raid) on Nightmare difficulty
  • Green Burning Hoof Print can drop from Vornstaag minibosses on Nightmare difficulty
  • Blue Burning Hoof Print can drop from Peril in the Pumpkin Patch minibosses on Nightmare difficulty
  • Purple Burning Hoof Print can drop from Apocolocyntosised Demon (Raid) on Nightmare difficulty

• The Ghostly Alchemist will be available until 11/07/14
  • The Ghostly Alchemist is a miniboss that can appear in the following zones on Nightmare difficulty: Vornstaag, Peril of the Pumpkin Patch, Tales from the Pumpkin Patch and Sanguine Stories
  • The Ghostly Alchemist has a chance to drop the Ghost Master's Tonic! **While under the effects of this potion, you have a chance to spawn special troops while hitting raids
  • All new recipes have been added that will require some of these Spectral troops, including the Ghostly Alchemist Raid!
  • This raid features a brand new mechanic, Stat Swap!
  • Stat Swap allows a raid to use a different damage formula than normal raids. So, for example in the Ghostly Alchemist raid your Defense potentially contributes more damage than your Attack

• Charlotte's Lips, Kisses of Heaven, Kisses of Death and Kisses of the Uncharmed will continue to be available from the Bazaar until 11/07/14
• The Titaran Piper's Limited Offer set is now available from the Bazaar and will remain so until all pieces have been discounted at least once on the homepage
• This week's Discounted Limited Offers are:
  • Titaran Piper's Bonnet - 20% Discount until 11/07/14
  • Titaran Piper's Great Kilt - 20% Discount until 11/07/14

• Doomglare is a new event guild raid that will be available to summon from your guild page until 11/07/14

BUG FIXES

Crashes

• Fixed an issue where clicking the "ok" button on the stat point allocation window without allocating any points to any stats disconnected the player

  • The Festival Tournament is a Joust-like system that pits luck, Perception and your equipment's combined Attack and Defense against an AI-controlled, Knight opponent.

• Searching: Fixed oddities and glitches when searching for Guilds that would prevent results.
• Campaign: Quintas remembered he's supposed to come from The Grey Death and has a chance to drop from Craenaestra the Stalker on Hard difficulty.
• Raids: Much like Quintas, Roland's Steed is off its lunch break and has a chance to drop from the Xerkara raid on Nightmare difficulty.

The dark sorcery meant for Erebus touched the souls of other fallen dragons besides, melding their spirits together within the black drake's resurrected body and filling it with seething energies which even that mighty flesh can scarcely contain. The monster must be destroyed, before these unbound powers ravage the kingdom.

• Introducing Corrupted Erebus Community Rewards!
  • Each Community tier has a personal and a community damage requirement.
  • To be eligible for a tier requires the Community to reach their goal as well as for you to reach your personal goal.
  • Community damage contributions come from every player who hits the Corrupted Erebus World Raid while it is summoned from your respective server.
  • Please note that Armor Games and Newgrounds contributions are counted together.

  • Search your greatest enemies to acquire these new scrolls!
  • Use new craftables from these scrolls to upgrade Troops, Generals, and the Anonymous General's equipment set!

• Campaigns have been updated:
  • Campaign raids with the Morphling prefix now have art to match the race they morph into
  • All Campaign Node and raid timers have changed to 18 hours from 6 hours. Any Campaign in progress will reflect this change
  • Permissions for summoning Campaigns are now separate from the Guild Raid summoning permission
  • Campaigns that are in progress and completed show the selected challenges
  • Completed campaigns show the number of completed nodes
  • Campaign node raids display their time remaining while in the raid

BUG FIXES

• Display: Fixed issue that sometimes displayed lower than intended Attack and Defense for some Generals and Troops
• PvP: Players will no longer be disconnected when attempting to attack while low on health in PvP situations, instead an error will pop up explaining the problem
• PvP: Player Health should now be updated properly after attacking in PvP
• Guilds: Players can no longer kick themselves out of their own guild, instead they must leave the guild via the Leave button in the guild options
• Crafting: All craftable items now properly display the quantity owned

KNOWN ISSUES

• Display Issue: Commanders and equipment currently do not count toward Legion Power or Damage.
• Display Issue: Completed raids do not always display accurate complete dates.

FEATURES

• The Winter Festival has concluded! The Yule Tribe has descended back into their horrible Yule Tide festivity burrows.

• The New Item Pack has had its content updated:
  • Featuring the magical Dragon Illusion equipment set, the grim Oculus Occult equipment set. New Generals, Troops, Legions, and Mounts are available as well!

• Volatile Potion Bundles are now available in the Bazaar for one week!
  • Catch a discounted price for a bundle of 10 Volatile Energy or Volatile Stamina Potion!

• Public Guilds are now available:
  • Each guild has a 500 member maximum size
  • Guild Campaigns, Reputation, Levels, and Experience are not available to Public Guilds
  • There are no Ranks in a Public Guild
  • Players can add magics but cannot remove magics
  • Players who are inactive will be automatically removed after 7 days.
  • Public Guilds will only be allowed to summon raids from the following list:
  • Scuttlegore, Hammer, Groblar;
  • Anyone within a Public Guild will be able to summon these guild raids

• The Guild Raids are reappearing in 2014! Test your might against some of our greatest foes...again!

• World Raid: Avinashi Returns!
  • The Sculpted Crystal has been added to Avinashi's loot table, to give Kezeraa  an added punch.

BUG FIXES

• Fixed an issue with equipment, generals or troops that awarded attack and defense for a certain amount owned, these should now be displaying the correct amounts. For example; Codex gains 18 Attack and Defense for every 4 Generals owned
• Tooltip information for selecting a class remains when the cursor leaves the window after clicking on a class
• Magic: Celestial Catapult and Infernal Bombardment now only effect Siege raids
• Campaigns no longer reward Achievement Points for failing the campaign
• Using Healing Potion from the Pouch during Miniboss and Boss fights updates player Health correctly after use
• The Earth Walker troop should now be listed as a Construct race, a Tank role, and a Strength attribute
• Updated the description for the Wintermail and Yeti Hunter sets to include The Abominable Yeti Skull and Inga, Jarla of Hearts
